Rue Satin Mini Skirt

The skirt looks great on and the satin material feels smooth and a little luxurious for the price point. My issue is that it wrinkles the second you sit down, and the lace trim started to pull slightly after the first wash. It photographs beautifully but if you need something you can actually move around in all night, this one might frustrate you.

The satin material feels nice and the lace detail is exactly what I was hoping for. I ordered a small and it fits more like a medium on me, so sizing down might be worth considering. Would have been a five star for me if the fit had been more accurate.

Opened the package and put it on the same day, no joke. The small fits true to size and the satin feels so smooth against your skin, exactly like the description says. This skirt makes getting dressed actually fun again.

The lace trim is really pretty and the satin color looks rich in person. My concern is that it wrinkles really fast, like even from sitting in the car on the way to the restaurant it had creases. I like the skirt but you have to commit to steaming it every single time you wear it.

The satin finish is gorgeous and catches the light in the best way. My only thing is the waistband runs just a tiny bit snug, so I'd suggest sizing up if you're between sizes. Other than that, the lace detail is delicate and really pretty.
